What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IPR internship or junior role where I can support patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret work, strengthen DPDPA/technology-law compliance, and contribute to litigation-ready drafting and client handling.

I’m an enrolled advocate with a focused specialization in Intellectual Property Rights, technology law, and data protection. I’m certified in WIPO General IP (DL-101) and I’m currently completing advanced IPR training through the KAPILA-IIT Kharagpur programme and India’s DPDPA 2023 compliance course.

In practice, I handle civil and criminal matters as a Junior Advocate, representing clients independently, managing end-to-end proceedings, and drafting petitions, legal notices, contracts, and client-facing documents. I’m actively seeking an IPR internship or junior position to channel my expertise in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and emerging AI-law intersections.
