I’m a practising advocate and corporate legal consultant specializing in the intersection of digital governance, cyber laws, tech compliance, and intellectual property. I focus on safeguarding organizational interests, managing trademark portfolios, mitigating regulatory risks, and navigating complex gaming and tech platform compliance.
I handle corporate compliance end-to-end—company/LLP incorporations, customized MOAs/AOAs and compliance deeds, and ROC governance portfolios including AOC-4, MGT-7, and ADT-1 filings. I also advise on DIR-3 KYC updates and regulatory schemes across FDI, FEMA, and MSME advisory support.
