During academic internships at CHUB and Huye Innovation Hub, I troubleshot hardware, software, internet connectivity, and user account issues. I've also installed and updated operating systems and applications, monitored network connectivity, maintained ICT inventory, and documented technical resolutions.
I'm building on my Advanced Diploma in Information Technology and Cisco Networking Essentials certificate to contribute in an entry-level remote IT role while continuing to learn.
