What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a research or analytical role where I can apply experimental design, data analysis, technical documentation, and scientific communication to complex materials or technology challenges.

I've investigated ion implantation and defect characterization in crystalline germanium at the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, using DLTS, SEM, TEM, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS. My work led to a first-author publication in the Journal of Infrared and Millimeter Waves in 2024.

I collect, organize, and interpret experimental data across characterization methods, maintain rigorous documentation for reproducibility, and communicate findings through technical reports and scientific publications. I've also contributed data analysis and reporting to research on a DNA-functionalized MoS2 FET biosensor for PSA detection.

Alongside research, I've analyzed student performance data and prepared academic reports as a Physics Lecturer and Academic Coordinator. I bring Python, MATLAB, Excel, technical writing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to fast-paced research environments.
