What I'm looking for
I am an MPhil-trained researcher in semiconductor materials and devices with hands-on expertise in vacuum-based thin-film deposition and nanomaterials characterization. I have contributed to multiple high-impact publications (including IF ~5.2) and developed thermoelectric materials achieving ZT=0.95, while currently completing PhD work on Li-based CNT cathodes for LIBs.
I have practical experience operating thermal evaporation and sputtering systems, ALD/CVD, and a broad characterization toolkit (SEM, XRD, Raman, UV-Vis, PL). I seek to apply my skills in product development and innovation through rigorous data analysis, process optimization, and collaborative research in energy materials and device engineering.
