I’m a Global Technical Sourcing Manager(Level 4) focused on end-to-end product delivery and management, owning SLA review, recruitment, onboarding, training, productivity, quality, and project deliverables. At Tepanox, I lead a team of 50 (with 3 TLs) to deliver reliable outcomes while driving process development and cost savings.

I run contract project management—maintaining contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring efficient project flow. I design and implement effective sourcing strategies to reduce costs, coordinate weekly stakeholder updates (project updates, challenges, and improvements), and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to meet business objectives.

My technical foundation strengthens my sourcing and quality work: I coordinate and monitor with teams using GC-GCMS (Instrumentation) and AOCS methods (acid value, iodine value, Unsap). Earlier, as a Research Analyst II at CSIR-IICT, I gained deep experience in testing and sampling analysis, bio-catalytic applications in vegetable oils, analytical data compilation, and cross-team collaboration with R&D, QA, and QC.
