I've developed SOPs and costing matrices that track RFQs, pricing, margins, commissioned projects, spend trends, P&L, and purchase orders. I also onboard compliant, ISO-certified vendors and ensure NDAs, DPAs, and payment terms are correctly agreed.
Previously at MMR Research Worldwide, I built rate cards for Mondelez, Nestle, and Unilever and supported projects valued at $25M–$75M across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and America. I automated project commissioning through Monday.com and created Excel macros that saved over two hours per project.
I began in MRO procurement at ProcMart, supporting FMCG manufacturing operations for Colgate-Palmolive, Nestle, and Procter & Gamble through supplier negotiation, SAP ERP processing, logistics, and documentation.
