At Tata STRIVE, I play a major role in providing employability skills training to ITI students. As a Zonal Change Leader, I monitor other Change Leaders and Sport Change Leaders, including their training activities, documentation, and stakeholder management.
At ORMAS, Government of Odisha, I monitored district-level skill development projects and organized programs for community resource persons, MBKs, and Skill Nodals. I was also involved in livelihood initiatives, including forming Producer Groups and arranging raw materials and training.
At Sahana Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd, I maintained candidate databases on Central and State Government MIS portals and monitored training-center activities under the DDU-GKY project. Earlier, at ASD Education Pvt. Ltd, I monitored fund releases and center quality, and oversaw the Government-assigned Rural Mason Project.
My work has also included MIS operations, project implementation support, and center inspections at Central Tool Room & Training Centre. At IndiaCan Education Pvt. Ltd, I delivered computer and BPO training, managed MIS activities, and supported web development functions.
