At Institute of Rural Development and Management Studies (IRDMS), I worked as Social Expert on the World Bank-supported Odisha Integrated Irrigation Project for Climate Resilient Agriculture. I facilitated community participation in project preparation and implementation, and supported community control, management, and ownership of tanks.
Previously, as Project Coordinator for UWEI/MUKTA, I worked on a program creating and maintaining community assets and employment opportunities for urban workers in Odisha. At Infosys Bhubaneswar’s CSR wing, I supported education, health, hygiene, mentoring, and skills programs, including the construction of 310 toilets in 109 schools.
