I founded Islah, a one-on-one consultation platform for the underserved Indian market, and own acquisition, supply, engineering coordination, and hiring end to end. I drove 15,000 downloads in 20 days at a ₹1.56 CAC by planning and running Meta campaigns and adapting targeting in real time.

I built Islah’s supply side from zero, onboarding 100+ consultants and implementing verification and matching logic. I also shipped iOS and Android through three iterations, using growth and usage data to guide product decisions.

At Voice Club, a social audio platform with 105K MAU, I improved 30-day retention from 34% to 35.5% through cohort and churn analysis. I built the unit-economics model used in profitability planning and owned PRDs, roadmap prioritization, and recommendations to sunset underused features.

I bring hands-on experience across growth, retention, marketplace operations, and cross-functional execution, including hiring and leading founding teams through product pivots.
