I'm leading Beyond East's turnaround across operations, sales, planning, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and profitability. After serving as General Manager, I was promoted to COO to steer strategic growth, business expansion, and financial discipline.

At Sapphire Retail Limited, I led planning and sales for the outlet channel and delivered 80% year-over-year growth through inventory and pricing optimization. I also drove regional retail performance through process improvement, customer experience, team capability, and SOP compliance.

Across Levi Strauss & Co. and Airlink Communication, I've launched flagship stores, managed nationwide retail and franchise networks, owned P&Ls, and expanded store networks. I managed 50 retail and franchise stores nationally at Levi's and previously grew regional sales share from 15% to 25%.

Earlier, I co-founded Eventmania Events and delivered more than 100 corporate and private events, while building client relationships and managing end-to-end execution. My work is grounded in structured planning, commercial insight, operational discipline, and building teams that deliver sustainable growth.
