I’m a Results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, and technology hiring. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding staffing needs to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.

In my current role as a Recruitment Specialist at Shaum Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Aug 2025 – Present), I partner with hiring managers to define job specifications, source through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, and maintain ATS records and recruitment documentation. I also build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Previously, as an Information Technology Recruiter at Advent Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Jan 2025 – Aug 2025), I recruited technology professionals for diverse IT clients across India. I used advanced sourcing, headhunting, and networking techniques, strengthening employer branding through candidate relationship management while managing recruitment activities from sourcing to offer closure.

I bring an MBA in Human Resources Management and strong communication and organizational skills, with expertise in recruitment analytics, employer branding, and offer negotiation. I’m energized by using LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment insights to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
