I am a dedicated, organized and methodical management trainer with experience in media relations, capacity-building, and workflow automation for public sector organisations.
During my national youth service I supported the Public Affairs Department in media relations management, handling and inspecting files across departments, and assisting in the development of articles, speeches, and public announcements.
I have facilitated capacity-building programs guiding Ministries, Departments, and Agencies through the transition from paper-based processes to digital systems, improving operational efficiency, transparency, and change management.
I hold trainings from the Centre for Management Development and cybersecurity credentials (Google Trained Cybersecurity Analyst; CompTIA Security+ in view), and I am pursuing an MHR in Human Resource Management to strengthen my management and organizational capabilities.
