Redesigned ConvertCart's data ingestion from a fragile cron-based sync to source-first storage with evolving transformations, enabling logic changes without costly full resyncs. Replaced cron sync with real-time pipelines (webhooks and plugins) to reduce data sync lag from hours-to-days down to seconds-to-minutes, and initiated the IntelliBlocks/Reco recommendation engine.

Led backend development for local and niche marketplace platforms, managing a team of 3–6 developers across product delivery and technical direction. Coached junior engineers and partnered with product and business stakeholders to guide adoption of emerging technologies and engineering best practices.

Focused on third-party integrations, reporting systems, and database performance for high-volume gaming platforms. Optimized MySQL for large-scale reporting workloads (index/query planning/tuning), built JasperReports integrations, and wrote unit/integration tests for web service validation.
