What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and automate reliable cloud, infrastructure, and hospitality technology systems, combining systems administration with software engineering and integrations.

At BlueOceanSP, I administer and automate guest-facing and backend hospitality workflows for Highgate Hotels, Hilton, and Obegle, including PMS/POS systems, Delphi, and reservation streams.

I manage AWS and GCP environments, system monitoring, database backups, and security measures to support 99.9% uptime. I also coordinate with SaaS vendors, review maintenance contracts, and build automation models for hotel IT support tickets.

Previously at JAAN Network, I maintained high-availability servers and AWS S3 storage for a large-scale video streaming platform. I optimized database queries and RESTful APIs for low latency, while implementing replication, scheduled backups, and failover architectures for zero data loss.

I also build full-stack products, including VisionHub, a multi-source generative AI image platform, and JayaConnect, a restaurant and PMS system with a Dialogflow chatbot that reduced guest query handling times by about 40%.
