Led BCN Data Feed Billing Changes by adding a filter for Agent Billing to prevent overbilling based on the Billed Third Party Flag and controlling void-flag execution per record. Conducted requirement analysis/estimation and design, reviewed code, and supported regression/functional testing to ensure seamless intake changes.

Enhanced IBU delinquency to group/subgroup level and automatically identified retroactive reinstate contracts to exclude them from delinquency.
