I'm currently supporting Rawabi Industrial Services Ltd (RISAL) in Saudi Arabia, managing project documents, drawings, correspondence, registers, revision control, and filing systems throughout the project lifecycle.

I process and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, material submittals, transmittals, and technical documents. I coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to keep reviews, approvals, and distribution on track.

Previously, I led US medical billing operations at HQ Analytics, overseeing claims, payment posting, denials, AR follow-up, team performance, billing quality, and RCM KPIs. I also handled complex billing issues, payer escalations, client meetings, and team training.

My background in Computer Science supports my work in MIS, auditing, database coordination, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. Across industrial, educational, and healthcare billing environments, I bring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance focus, and organized documentation practices.
