I'm managing document control and vendor prequalification for MGC's SWA water infrastructure projects, including the Jubail SWRO Plant and Ras Al Khair–Riyadh Water Treatment System.

I've led end-to-end vendor and subcontractor prequalification, from document collection and questionnaire preparation through compliance review, stakeholder coordination, tracking, and final submission. I maintain traceable records, correspondence, transmittals, registers, material approvals, and client submissions throughout the project lifecycle.

Across SWCC, SWPC, NWC, and other major Saudi projects, I've coordinated tender packages, RFPs, ITTs, PQQs, BOQs, drawings, specifications, compliance matrices, and final technical and commercial submissions. My experience includes water transmission systems, strategic storage reservoirs, water treatment plants, and EPC documentation.

I've spent more than 12 years supporting project teams, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients with accurate, audit-ready information. I work across Theqah, Aconex, SharePoint, Thinkproject, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD to keep submissions compliant, current, and on schedule.
