At BT Group, I monitored the network for malicious activity and investigated security events using Microsoft Sentinel and CrowdStrike Falcon.
I also configured NETSCOUT Arbor protection policies to detect and mitigate DDoS attacks, and assisted with major security incidents, documentation, and post-incident reporting.
At NICE CXone, I supported customers with platform and Salesforce issues, analysing browser, network, and application logs to diagnose problems. I used tools including Wireshark and LogDecoder, and led high-priority incident calls with customers and internal engineering teams.
I'm currently a Service Desk Analyst at LTIMindtree, providing first-line support and tracking tickets through Salesforce. I'm developing my cybersecurity knowledge through CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, and Microsoft SC-200 training.
