At Unity Care Insurance Agency, I built SalesChamp, a custom AI-powered sales operations platform that replaced GoHighLevel as the agency’s core system. A 15–20 person team uses it daily.

I built AI call QA that transcribes and grades sales calls against a rubric, and flags calls needing attention. I also built an AI business manager that answers questions using live company data.

At Scan.ly, I built AI-driven ERP and tracking systems for clients across several industries, including an inspection-tracking system for an oil and gas client. I visited client facilities to map processes, run implementations and train users.

At InsureFarm Inc. (formerly Insurita), I moved from Sales Manager to Product Operations to Director of Operations. I helped build a custom CRM and dialer that scored and routed leads, and led technology-enabled operations across Medicare, ACA and Final Expense sales.
