I’m looking to grow in a role where I can own multi-channel social media, content strategy, and brand consistency—using data and customer insights to drive measurable engagement and commercial growth, in a collaborative environment that values responsive online community management.

I’m a creative, customer-centric Digital Marketing Specialist with over 4 years of experience building brand visibility through multi-channel social media management, end-to-end content creation, and promotional campaign execution. I bring a brand-focused approach shaped by real customer care experience, helping me respond professionally, quickly, and confidently online.

At Solektra Rwanda Ltd, I managed and optimized corporate social media platforms to enhance visibility and audience engagement. I develop visual marketing content with Canva, edit short-form videos with CapCut, conceptualize monthly campaign themes, draft creative scripts, and coordinate shoots to showcase company assets. I also monitor digital analytics, track campaign performance, and deliver regular activity reports for management.

Beyond content, I proactively engage with online inquiries, comments, and direct messages—converting digital leads into active customers and strengthening community management.
