What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SOC/L1 role where I can monitor Splunk SIEM, triage and enrich alerts using MITRE ATT&CK, and support incident response—while growing into deeper threat intelligence and network security work.

I’m a B.Tech (IT) graduate with hands-on experience in SOC operations, Splunk SIEM monitoring, threat detection, and incident response across three internships. I’m comfortable triaging IDS/IPS-style alerts, identifying IOCs, and using the MITRE ATT&CK framework to guide threat hunting and detections.

In my SOC-focused work, I monitored and triaged thousands of daily security log events in Splunk, built dashboards, and created real-time alerts and correlation searches to improve investigation speed. I also engineered automated alert workflows to reduce manual triage effort while strengthening detection coverage for common attack behaviors like brute-force and reconnaissance.

I’ve supported vulnerability assessment and network security analysis using tools like Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and OWASP testing utilities, translating findings into actionable, CVE/OWASP-aligned risk reports. My projects include a Threat Intelligence and Response dashboard and endpoint monitoring capabilities that centralize threat logging and enrich IOC investigations for faster SOC response.
