What I'm looking for

I seek an academic role where I can teach studios, supervise research, develop experiential curricula, and contribute to sustainability-focused design scholarship and interdisciplinary programs.

I am an experienced Assistant Professor of Architecture and Interior Design with over 30 years of professional practice and 15+ years in higher education, currently teaching at Amity University, Noida. My teaching spans studios and lectures in history of architecture, building construction and materials, interior design studios, thesis supervision, acoustics, HVAC, fire and safety, furniture and product design, and sustainable/green interiors.

I have a strong research orientation as a PhD scholar (G.D. Goenka University) and a record of international and national conference presentations and publications on sustainability, materials, and adaptive reuse. I have also received awards and appreciation for research posters and mentoring, and I serve as a reviewer for sustainability and higher-education journals.

My professional ethos emphasizes immersive, experiential curricula, rigorous assessment, and student-centered instruction. I bring practical industry experience as a project and consultant architect, strong program and classroom management skills, and commitments to innovation, entrepreneurship education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
