I am an Architect and BIM Specialist with a strong focus on Urban Regeneration and sustainable development. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia, where I honed my skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, parametric design, and digital twin applications. I have a passion for leveraging BIM technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Throughout my career, I have held various roles that allowed me to lead and contribute to significant projects. As an Assistant Planner at the Institutional System Planning Center, I worked on regional master planning and transportation planning, utilizing GIS and BIM for large-scale spatial analysis. My role as a Design Partner at Livspace involved leading a residential interior design project, while my experience as an Assistant Professor at Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning allowed me to teach BIM fundamentals and advanced modeling techniques in Revit.

Currently, as a BIM Architect at The Casabuild, I lead BIM implementation for multiple projects across Hospitality, Commercial, and Institutional sectors. My expertise in developing detailed BIM models, parametric families, and clash detection reports has been instrumental in ensuring model accuracy and coordination among architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
