What I'm looking for

I'm pursuing AI Ops and AI Infrastructure opportunities where I can combine cloud platform engineering, observability, automation, and AI-agent workflows to improve production reliability and engineering productivity.

At ServiceNow, I engineer and operate production cloud infrastructure and internal platform capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP for commercial and regulated environments. I co-own an Artifactory-based distribution platform, built self-service artifact deployment automation, and created service-health telemetry using Grafana, InfluxDB, Python, and Cribl.

I also built an enterprise AI Scrum agent using internal platform data and Zoom meeting intelligence to automate sprint reporting, accountability tracking, and story creation. This work earned 2nd Prize in ServiceNow's company-wide System Engineering AI Innovation Hackathon.

Previously at Thoughtworks and Tata Consultancy Services, I delivered CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud operations, observability, security, and cost optimisation for enterprise clients. I enjoy reducing manual effort, resolving production issues, and building reliable automation that helps engineering teams move faster.
