What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support executives with marketing communications, event logistics, and administrative coordination—bringing stakeholder management, confidential records handling, and campaign reporting to help leadership move faster with integrity and urgency.

I’m an ambitious, goal-driven marketing and administration professional with a strong academic background. I’m a quick learner who adapts swiftly to new environments, and I work effectively both independently and as part of a leadership team.

In my current role, I provide direct executive and administrative support to leadership across cross-department communication and workflow coordination. I draft communications for executives, manage executive logistics, travel, meetings, and events, and maintain organized archives across shared drives and content libraries.

I also lead marketing communications and campaign execution—assisting with copywriting, artwork, and web workflow, while managing PR files, sponsorship records, giveaways budgets, and branded point-of-sale assets. I coordinate events and promotional requirements from concept to execution, while ensuring consistent signage and presentability.

Before this, I built experience as a Marketing Officer and Marketing and Administration Officer, handling diary and calendar management, stakeholder meetings, Board Packets, official minutes, and confidential records management. I supported sales and marketing reporting, developed marketing communications for social media and campaigns, tracked analytics, and planned corporate events end-to-end in alignment with organizational strategy.
