I’m an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer and UNIX/Linux specialist with over 11 years of experience supporting mission‑critical enterprise and telecommunications infrastructure across government, telecom, and financial sectors. I focus on infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and high‑availability systems—so services stay stable when it matters most.

In my current role as Senior FDP Engineer at TechBulls Pty Ltd, I install, configure, and maintain Solaris 10/11 and Oracle Enterprise Linux environments that support enterprise production systems. I monitor infrastructure performance, investigate alerts, resolve incidents, and implement disaster recovery strategies and recovery testing to protect business continuity and SLA compliance.

I also bring operational leadership experience from supervising SOC monitoring operations for Botswana Savings Bank network infrastructure. I coordinate incident detection, escalation, and resolution processes, and I work closely with infrastructure and network teams to ensure timely incident outcomes and sustained system uptime.

Technically, I’ve led deployment and support of Oracle Engineered Systems infrastructure—including Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA), SuperCluster, Exadata, and ODA/Exadata-aligned platforms—across major government and enterprise clients such as Botswana Police Service, Botswana Defence Force, BTC, BURS, Botswana Life Insurance, and University of Botswana. As an Oracle-certified professional (Oracle Solaris 10/11 and related expertise), I combine data center infrastructure operations, storage, virtualization, shell scripting, and performance tuning to keep enterprise platforms efficient, secure, and available.
