I am an IT professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Engineered Systems and Microsoft SQL Server environments. My background includes a BSc in Business Information Systems and certifications in cybersecurity and Oracle, which equip me with the technical know-how and a commitment to service excellence. I have a proven track record in deploying and supporting Oracle Database Appliances, ensuring high availability systems, and aligning with organizational ICT and SLA standards.

Currently, I am an Internal Auditor Intern at Botswana Power Corporation, where I conduct audits on cybersecurity controls and assess governance processes. My previous role as an Assistant Enterprise Systems Support Engineer at Blue Pearl Communications allowed me to install and support Oracle Database Appliances, providing remote and onsite support to clients while resolving service tickets efficiently.
