At Kashiv BioSciences, I worked on recombinant protein purification and downstream processing, including cell harvesting, inclusion body solubilization, protein refolding, and chromatography-based purification using ÄKTA systems.
For my dissertation project, Purification of Therapeutic Recombinant Protein, I contributed to purification workflows and used ÄKTA Pure/Avant systems and UNICORN software. I also gained exposure to protein analysis methods including SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, and UV-Visible spectrophotometry.
