Rakshanda Deshmukh

I'm an MSc Biotechnology graduate conducting cancer cell and enzyme research through molecular and biochemical laboratory techniques.

At Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, I studied how cold atmospheric plasma and radiation affect oxidative stress and cytoskeleton remodelling in 4T1 and A549 cells. I maintained mammalian cell lines, performed protein extraction and Western Blotting, and documented experimental findings for reproducible analysis.

At Calantha Biotech, I contributed to amylase and dextranase production, purification, and formulation. I also developed a controlled-release encapsulated amylase formulation for bio-bleaching applications.

I bring hands-on experience in sterile laboratory work, enzymology, biochemical assays, scientific documentation, and biological data interpretation. I'm looking to contribute research-driven problem-solving skills in biotechnology, molecular biology, or bioinformatics research.
