At FPT Japan Holdings, I quickly learned and configured Aras Innovator, then modeled and managed parts across their complete lifecycle. I reported progress, issues, and lessons learned in Japanese and delivered a final technical presentation to colleagues in Tokyo.
For my RAG-based Virtual Assistant capstone, I worked in a three-person Agile team to turn requirements into a service-based system for academic and hospital support. I configured Apache APISIX as the API gateway and built a topic-analysis pipeline and admin interfaces.
I contributed to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and containerized services with Docker. We adapted the architecture into a hospital virtual assistant deployed at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital, where over 83% of surveyed users rated their experience 4–5 stars.
I also built an AI travel-planning app in React Native and a fashion store management system with a React frontend and Node.js backend. I’m interested in cloud, AWS, Kubernetes, RAG, LLMs, AI agents, and Bridge System Engineer fundamentals.
