I’m looking for an HR Manager role where I can own end-to-end recruitment and employee relations, strengthen HR operations and documentation, and support payroll coordination with statutory compliance—while building a positive, performance-driven culture.

I’m an HR Manager with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, HR operations, and compliance. I build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, and consultancies, then manage screening, interviews, and onboarding from start to finish.

I’m trusted for maintaining HR documentation and employee records, drafting HR letters and policies, and handling attendance, leave, and employee database management. I also support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), while partnering with management to foster a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues professionally.
