I am a behavioral health professional with hands-on experience delivering ABA-based therapy to children on the autism spectrum, focused on practical skill-building for real-world situations. I combine clinical techniques with patience to support developmental progress.
I have worked across childcare settings as a head teacher and infant/toddler teacher, providing safe, enriching environments and assisting with academics and character development. I also have food service and customer-service experience that sharpened my communication and conflict-resolution skills.
In construction I supervised paving and milling crews, performing quality checks and extensive documentation, which strengthened my leadership and operational oversight abilities. My NJROTC and auto mechanics background added practical problem-solving, map reading and welding skills.
I am completing a Bachelor's in Behavioral Health Science with an emphasis in Childhood Trauma and bring an analytical, resourceful approach to challenges. I am a fast learner who manages multiple tasks and seeks roles where I can continue to grow clinically and lead teams.
