At Newell Brands, I own quality, release readiness, and production stability across the Ecommerce engineering organization. I designed and lead adoption of an AI agent-based delivery platform spanning planning, refinement, coding and PR review, QA execution, and release notes.

I built a risk-based test planning system that audits coverage gaps and generates Playwright and API regression suites, plus an advisory release-confidence scoring engine that brings quality, coverage, and delivery signals into release decisions. I also migrated core regression automation from Selenium to Playwright, built portfolio reporting in Jira, and consolidated Scrum and Kanban practices into an organization-wide playbook.

Across MRI Software, Goodyear, Banyan Technology, and ProgressBook, I've led Agile transformations, formalized QA and release processes, modernized automation, and coached teams using delivery metrics to improve throughput, quality, and predictability.
