I’m looking for a role where I can lead behavioral emergency response and support pediatric patients through therapeutic, person-centered care—building safe, structured environments and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.

I directly lead and respond to behavioral emergencies on medical floors within the hospital using therapeutic and physical interventions, partnering with healthcare teams to keep care safe and effective during high-stakes moments.

As a Program Specialist at Cook Children's Medical Center's Inpatient Psychiatry Unit, I ensure the well-being and maintain a therapeutic environment for pediatric patients. I conduct vigilant monitoring, maintain consistent and accurate documentation of patient's activities and behaviors, communicate observations to treatment team members, and coordinate therapy groups aligned with individualized treatment plans—while proactively identifying and addressing potential safety concerns and working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare providers in interdisciplinary meetings.
