I seek a customer-focused role—remote or in-person—where I can apply retail management and administrative skills, grow professionally, and support a collaborative team to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

I am an experienced retail manager and administrative professional with almost two years managing store operations at First Retail Group – Aeropostale and multiple prior roles in administration, customer service and support. I manage daily store start-up and closing procedures, cash handling across multiple currencies, inventory and stock control, staff rostering and training, sales reporting, visual merchandising and liaising with operations and IT to resolve merchandising and pricing issues.

I bring hands-on experience in reception, personal assistance, courier and cashier duties, and strong Microsoft Office skills, backed by an Administrative Assistant Certificate and vocational training in data operations. I am dependable, customer-focused and adaptable, with a proven record of maintaining tidy, well-run retail spaces and supporting team performance to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
