Designed secure cloud data platforms and API-based integration patterns across Azure and AWS, including identity and access controls and compliance-by-design for regulated data.

Architected end-to-end healthcare data integrations for EHR, claims, and real-world-evidence data on a regulated (HIPAA) digital-health platform. Authored functional and technical architectures, including interface specifications, data models, and validation protocols, for secure and compliant clinical data handling.

Architected multi-cloud platforms on Azure, defining integration, identity, and security patterns across manufacturing, maintenance, and supply-chain systems under strict compliance regimes. Produced architecture artifacts and governance frameworks to enable lineage, self-service analytics, and compliance auditing.

Architected conceptual, logical, and physical data models for an enterprise data warehouse. Authored governance, security, and data-quality standards to support regulatory compliance requirements including NERC, FERC, CCPA, and GDPR.

Designed master data, reference data, and integration solutions on cloud infrastructure. Served on the Data Governance Council to set information-asset and data-quality standards.

Built data pipelines in Python and SQL across the health-information data lifecycle. Defined governance standards under HIPAA for handling sensitive healthcare information.
