Built a dbt and DuckDB warehouse combining federal medical provider registries and other public sources, tracking each provider's practice address across 38 monthly snapshots modeled as a slowly changing dimension (SCD2). Reported that about 40% of the client's prospect list still matched a current registry address, and replaced it with a deduplicated list, filterable by state, ZIP code and match

Designed and developed financial services data pipelines for a cloud migration using Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, AWS Glue ETL, and Amazon Redshift. Engineered data warehouse workflows with automated validation checks, retry logic, error handling, and Power BI monitoring dashboards.

Built distributed ETL workflows for daily global transaction data using AWS Glue, Amazon EMR, Hadoop, Apache Spark, SQL, and Scala in an Agile/Jira environment. Led monthly developer knowledge-sharing forums across the engineering organization.

Built and deployed an R-based genomic sequencing analysis pipeline on an HPC cluster, producing research datasets and visualizations for cancer immunology studies, including T-cell response to tumor treatments. Documented the workflow and trained laboratory users.

Researched and evaluated emerging healthcare technologies for pharmaceutical applications, including medical devices supporting physical therapy and patient recovery. Conducted vendor outreach and product evaluations and published implementation findings for the broader Pfizer community.
