What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT support, service analyst, or IT analyst/consultant role at an established organization where I can advance my career, support software initiatives, and apply my client implementation, troubleshooting, and SQL experience.

At Blue Ridge Solutions, I lead technical support and client enablement for SCP and Xpression SaaS products, resolving application, database, integration, and data issues for retailers and distributors.

I configure and validate client systems during implementations, lead onboarding meetings, deliver user training, and translate business requirements into technical tasks. I write Microsoft SQL Server queries, maintain batch scripts and backend processes, use JIRA to manage escalations, and coordinate closely with Development, QA, and Product teams.

Earlier, I supported Logility clients through JIRA, SQL analysis, batch scripting, change requests, and UAT testing. My experience also includes data reporting in regulated manufacturing at Immucor and healthcare operations support.
