I am a results-driven Quality Assurance leader with extensive experience in food manufacturing, quality control, and food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRC. I have led QA teams at Coca-Cola Vietnam and contributed to supplier audits, corrective actions, and Kaizen initiatives that improved team performance.
Earlier roles include hands-on quality control positions at Vietnam Nisshin Seifun and Golden Ant, where I performed physicochemical and microbiological testing, supervised production hygiene, and managed product release processes. I was recognized as Outstanding Employee of the Year 2020 by my QC department and trained as a supplier audit trainee.
I also bring over a year of experience as an AI language data trainer working on Vietnamese NLP tasks—annotation, prompt optimization, and model evaluation—demonstrating adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.
