What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building compassionate, inclusive stakeholder relationships while leading grantmaking, stewardship, project management, and community-focused nonprofit initiatives.

I'm supporting donors, grantees, and community partners at East Tennessee Foundation, where I manage weekly donor-advised fund grantmaking, due diligence, cross-team project management, and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

I've also led fundholder services and data-informed grantmaking processes, built strong stakeholder relationships, and supervised onboarding and quality assurance at Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee. Grounded in theatre, storytelling, curiosity, and empathy, I bring imaginative, inclusive relationship stewardship to nonprofit work.
