I've spent more than two decades with New York City's Administration for Children’s Services, leading Protective Diagnostic Unit teams and supervising five Child Protective Specialists at a time. I assign investigations, review case materials, monitor caseloads, and ensure service plans and case consultations meet agency requirements.
In the Hospital Sex Abuse Unit, I supervised investigations involving hospital and high-risk sex-abuse cases, provided case reviews and directives, and supported staff with investigatory practices.
My earlier work includes child-protection case management and a social work internship at Metropolitan Hospital across adult psychiatric, MICA, and detoxification units. I bring experience in psychiatric assessments, counseling, treatment planning, discharge coordination, referrals, and documentation, supported by an MSW and training in mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, resilience, and supervisory practice.
