@marshandagregory
I am an experienced behavioral specialist and CPS investigator focused on child-centered leadership.
What I'm looking for
I am a behavioral specialist and current CPS investigator with hands-on experience managing complex child welfare cases and maintaining strict confidentiality.
As a CPS Investigator (Aug 2022–June 2025), I handled case management tasks including scheduling drug screens and forensic interviews, dictating records into CAPPS, researching and referring clients to resources, and assessing homes for safety.
I previously served as Director of Women and Children’s Ministry (May 2017–Aug 2019), leading programs for 200 women and children, writing and implementing curriculum for ages 2–12, and training volunteers on policies and procedures.
I supported clinical operations as an Administrative Assistant (Aug 2016–May 2017) performing intake coordination, insurance billing, scheduling, filing, and client-facing duties to assist counselors and maintain service quality.
I hold a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Psychology and Theology from Columbia International University and I am pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Walden University (Oct 2024–Present). I bring leadership, strong communication, and child-focused expertise to roles in behavioral health and child welfare.
