What I'm looking for
I spent ten years inside enterprise operations at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, managing mission-critical accounts across 14 African markets, serving as the senior technical escalation point for complex cross-border incidents and translating system failures into business decisions under pressure.
That background gave me something most RevOps professionals do not have a deep understanding of what happens when operational infrastructure fails at scale and what it takes to build systems that hold up in complex, distributed environments.
Today I work at the intersection of business systems analysis, revenue operations and process design. I help B2B organizations improve how their pipeline data moves, how their teams hand off work across functions and how their reporting actually reflects what is happening in the business rather than what someone hoped was happening.
I am drawn to operational problems that look simple on the surface, a pipeline that seems healthy, a CRM that seems functional, a report that seems accurate but carry a systemic design failure underneath that nobody has named yet. Finding that layer and fixing it cleanly is what I do.
I hold a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich, HubSpot RevOps certification and am completing my Salesforce BA certification. I am based in Lusaka, Zambia and work remotely with teams across EMEA and beyond.
When I am not diagnosing broken operational systems, I am thinking about how organizations make decisions and why the quality of those decisions is almost always a function of the quality of the information underneath them.
