At Premiere Property Group, LLC, I review title reports, preliminary title, and recorded documents to identify issues before closing. I manage transaction paperwork from contract to close and coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and clients to keep files on schedule.
I located and negotiated REO properties for investors, prepared repair estimates and mock bids on distressed homes, and ran ongoing market analysis. In 2022, I sold nearly $9 million and earned the Circle of Excellence award.
As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Portland metro area, I handled FHA short sales and HUD pre-foreclosure sales for the trustee for Clark County during the housing market crash. I worked with lenders, servicers, distressed homeowners, and buyers to close those transactions.
My earlier dental assistant and front-office work included patient care, scheduling, phones, intake, and records, and I taught dental assisting students. I also trained and supervised new agents and hold an Oregon Principal Broker License, active since 1994.
