I am a detail-oriented Title Examiner and Real Estate professional with over two decades in the industry and three years focused on title processing and examination for residential and commercial transactions. I am licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in multiple states and skilled at preparing ALTA/CLTA-aligned title commitments.

At Solomon’s Title LLC I manage a caseload of 200+ title orders monthly, conduct comprehensive chain-of-title examinations, identify liens and encumbrances early, and collaborate with underwriters, closers, attorneys, lenders, and agents to achieve timely, compliant closings.

Previously I served as an Office Manager supporting MLS and closing logistics, and earlier as an Estate Surveyor building deep knowledge of real estate law, property transactions, and title requirements across multiple districts. I train and mentor junior processors to maintain consistent quality and efficient workflows.

I bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-focused skills, proficiency with title plant software and public-record databases, and a commitment to ethical standards and exceptional client service to protect lien positions and support smooth closings.
