What I'm looking for

I'm focused on helping buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions, including property marketing, negotiation, market analysis, REO properties, and client representation.

At Alliance REALTORS, I list and market homes and property, guide buyers through the home-buying process, and negotiate contracts.

I work with banks on market analysis, listing, and marketing of REO and bank-owned properties. I also prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.

I've worked with landlords, tenants, HOAs, and CAMs, including accounting for rents and HOA/CAM fees. My experience includes short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, relocation, and buyer representation.

As a lifelong resident of Orem, I bring local real estate knowledge and train agents on marketing, social media, and sales techniques.
