Tonnieo Graves

I'm currently supporting special education students at Saginaw City School District, assisting with classroom supervision and instruction under a teacher's direction.

I've mentored adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities at Disability Network of Mid-Michigan and PsyGenics Inc., helping individuals build self-advocacy skills, access community activities, and connect through outreach.

My work also includes youth care and residential support, including crisis intervention, activities, ADLs, and care for people with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I'm a certified peer mentor and behavioral technician, and I've facilitated self-advocacy online for Wayne State faculty and spoken at developmental disability conferences.
