At Solsiem Constructora, I manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding for operational and administrative roles. I’ve contributed to filling approximately 25 vacancies across more than 10 different profiles.
I contribute to implementing IngeMAX ERP modules associated with Talent Management and to developing employee tracking and evaluation KPIs. I’m also preparing the organization’s Human Management and Administrative Processes and Procedures Manual.
At the Psychology Research Center – Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz, I supported data collection, database management, and analysis for research projects. I also supported reports and technical documentation.
