Tomoko Yoshizumi

I’m a detail-oriented and motivated professional focused on customer experience and effective day-to-day coordination. I currently train and guide existing and new advisors, and I work closely with customers, technicians, management, and advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.

I help keep operations running smoothly by organizing scheduling for back-of-house workflow and requesting additional tasks during downtime. I’m comfortable communicating across multiple groups to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and clear next steps.

Previously, I built strong service and operational skills as a Host/Server and as a Lead server, including taking phone/orders, recommending dishes based on allergies or requests, and deep-cleaning workstations. I also used a POS system to receive payment while maintaining accurate service.

My background includes inventory and production work: auditing inventory, removing expired items, stocking by FIFO, and offloading pallets for intake. Earlier, I set up print files, operated machinery to finalize products (acrylic, wood, paper, banners), packaged and shipped orders, and dispatched jobs to my team as a production supervisor.
